1. Definitions

Throughout these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the jjl8 website at jjl8.vu and all services, features, and content accessible through it.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who creates a jjl8 account or accesses the platform.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by you on the platform.
• "Balance" means funds deposited to or won through your jjl8 account that are available for betting or withdrawal.

3. Identity Verification (KYC)

Before deposits and withdrawals are enabled on your account, you must complete a one-time KYC verification. This requires you to submit:

• A clear photograph or scan of a valid Philippine government-issued ID (passport, driver's licence, PhilSys national ID, SSS, GSIS, PRC, or voter's ID).

The name on your jjl8 account must exactly match the name on your payment accounts (GCash, Maya, or bank account). Withdrawals will only be sent to accounts registered under your verified legal name.

4. Account Security and Responsibility

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and OTP codes. jjl8 provides OTP verification on each login to add a layer of security, but this does not reduce your obligation to keep your login details private.

• Do not share your password or allow anyone else to access your account.
• Log out after each session, especially on shared or public devices.
• Notify jjl8 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• jjl8 will never ask for your password by email, chat, or phone.

Any bet, deposit, or withdrawal made from your account while your credentials are valid is considered to have been authorised by you. jjl8 is not liable for losses arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.

5. Deposits and Payments

All deposits on jjl8 must be made in Philippine Peso (PHP) using an accepted payment method. Currently accepted methods include GCash, Maya, and Philippine bank transfer. Deposits must come from an account registered in your own legal name — third-party deposits are not permitted.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page within your account dashboard. Deposits are credited to your account balance once the payment is confirmed by the payment provider. jjl8 is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or e-wallet provider.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment account used for your most recent deposit, or to any verified Philippine payment account in your legal name. Before a withdrawal is processed, jjl8 may require that your KYC verification is complete and that any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds have been met.

• Withdrawal requests are subject to processing times that vary by payment method.
• The name on the receiving account must match your verified jjl8 account name exactly.
• jjl8 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing withdrawals above certain amounts.

7. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the jjl8 platform are subject to the specific rules of the game or event being wagered on. General betting rules include:

• Bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or modify a bet after it has been accepted by the system.
• jjl8 reserves the right to void bets where a technical error, data feed error, or obvious pricing mistake has occurred.

11. Intellectual Property

Your use of the platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use jjl8 for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

12. Limitation of Liability

jjl8 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain consistent uptime and performance, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. jjl8 is not liable for:

• Losses caused by platform downtime, technical errors, or internet connectivity issues beyond our control.
• Losses arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses of any kind connected to your use of the platform.

jjl8's total liability to you in connection with these Terms, in any circumstances, is limited to the real-money balance in your account at the time the claim arises.
